I'm posting something here for the first time.
I think speed reading is a very useful tool for improving cognitive function.
There are various techniques for speed reading,
but what I'm talking about is not some transcendent and fantastic skill,
but rather reading with both speed and comprehension.
This is an area that anyone can reach with a little practice,
so it's very meaningful to us.
People often think that if they refine a skill, they will become a top player in that field.
However, the trap is that becoming an expert in speed reading does not necessarily mean
that your cognitive abilities will infinitely improve.
It's a mistake to waste time only trying to increase your reading speed.
Therefore,
I believe that training for appropriate speed and comprehension skills can be very helpful in our daily lives
and have a positive impact on our intelligence.
Please keep this in mind.
